About Robert’s Meats

Since 2003, Robert’s Meats has been providing quality meat products to the Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast. Our business is family-owned and operated by two couples: Robert and Megan and Mark and Colleen Constable. We share all of our knowledge and experience in the industry with one goal: to bring quality meat products from the paddock to your plate.

Our stores were first opened in Scone and Denman, followed by  Singleton in 2005. We ventured north in 2010 to open a store in Forster and opened a second in Singleton in 2011. Today we are proud to operate in Forster and Singleton, including a beautiful store in the newly refurbished Singleton Square.

Customer satisfaction and quality products are the most important parts of our business. We make sure that when you come to us, you’ll receive only the best service in a family environment. We want to make sure that you feel at home and that you get the best-quality meat!

Our Meats & More

We provide some of the best meat in the Hunter Valley and Mid North Coast, including the following brands:
  • Merriwa Speckle Park Beef: This award-winning breed of cattle originated in Canada in the 1950s. These gentle animals produce tender, tasty meat renowned for its high-marbling lean meat with a perfect fat covering. Fed on both grass and supplementary grain, this meat is perfect for butchers, restaurant owners and small wholesalers alike.
  • Flavoured Sausages: Our sausages have won numerous awards, and we have a variety of flavours for you and your family. Try gourmet, gluten-free and whatever new recipes we have developed.
  • Cowra Free Range Lamb: We believe that this lamb is the best-tasting in Australia. You can find it in all of our stores.
  • Rivalea Pork: This is a premium Australian pork. You can find it at each Robert’s Meat store.
  • Dry Age Beef: We offer premium dry age beef dried in our purpose-built dry ageing room.
