Sourced from our own property Diamond Mountain in the fertile undulating hills just west of Merriwa. Lamb - Tender juicy lambs are sourced from handpicked growers. Pork - Juicy grain fed pork is sourced from the Hunter Valley Chicken - Supplied by Baida. Also available are Lilydale free range chicken as seen on TV. Duck - Full range of whole ducklings and pieces available. Salads - Made fresh to order. Eggs - Open range eggs are provided by Papanui Eggs from Merriwa and free range eggs are provided by Librieri Farm at Greta and Watters Farm at Moobi. Cheese -
Camembelle - is a feature camembert style cheese. Fetabelle - is a soft and creamy feta cheese (Gold Medal winner). Marinated Fetabelle - consists of fetabelle cheese pieces marinated in an olive oil blend with garlic and Italian herbs ( Gold Medal winner) Fromagebelle - is a fresh cream cheese or fromage blanc. Use it in place of sour cream, ricotta or cream. Goldenbelle - is a Gold Medal winning washed rind cheese. Bluebelle - is a mild blue brie style cheese. Herbs & Spices - Extensive range of top quality herbs and spices from Hunter Valley Herb Farm. Olives & Olive Oils - wide range of olives, and olive oils from the original virgin olive oil to flavoured olive oils from the Hunter Olive Company, better know as Pukara Estate, Muswellbrook Road Denman. Smallgoods - Our large variety of smallgoods are handmade and prepared by Robert. Following is a product listing: Full Leg Ham, 1/2 Leg Ham, Leg Ham Chunk, Bacon, Devon, Polish Salami, Danish Salami( aged three months), Pepperoni, Cabanosi, Chorizo Sausage.
